What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Typically 100 pcs/style/color. We can be flexible for custom development orders.
What's the sampling process?
Standard 3-step process: Proto → Fit → Pre-Production (PP) sample. PP sample is your final sign-off before production.
Can you make custom fabrics or prints?
Yes. We develop custom fabrics, prints, and embroideries. Please send us your artwork.
Do you provide custom labels and packaging?
Yes. We make woven labels, hangtags, and branded packaging. Please provide your design.
How is quality controlled?
We inspect at 3 stages: fabrics/trims arrival, during production, and on finished goods. Your PP sample is our guide.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For custom materials, a 50% deposit is required.
