Size Guide

In order to create patterns, we use the most current 2D AutoCAD digital software, providing us with greater accuracy than traditional paper patterns, allowing us to make incremental changes and grade requests almost immediately.

Check our size guide to ensure that our specifications and grades are appropriate for the market you are selling to. In the event that you skip this step and your samples arrive too large or too small, you will be subject to a remake fee.

In most cases, if your samples arrive clearly different from the designs in your handover, we will remake them free of charge.

Size Guide FAQs

Q1: Which sizing standards do you use for swimwear?

A: We typically follow US/EU sizing standards, which are widely accepted in international markets. However, we can also adjust to UK, AU, or Asian size charts depending on your target region.

Q2: Can you create a custom size chart for my brand?

A: Yes. We offer custom grading services, allowing you to provide your own size specifications. Our production team will create swimwear tailored to your brand’s fit profile.

Q3: Do you produce extended sizes such as plus-size or children’s swimwear?

A: Absolutely. We can manufacture plus-size, petite, maternity, and children’s swimwear. Many of our B2B clients expand their product range with these categories.

Q4: How do you ensure size consistency in bulk orders?

A: We follow a strict QC process including pre-production samples, in-line inspections, and final checks. This ensures consistent sizing across all units in bulk production.

Q5: What if my market requires different fits (e.g., US vs. EU customers)?

A: We can produce multiple size runs for different markets in the same bulk order, as long as the total meets the MOQ. This allows you to cater to diverse customer bases with one production run.
